About our client

Our client has commercial operations in Angola, managing brands and a product portfolio. The role covers campaigns, launches, market expansion and collaboration with commercial and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver marketing strategy and plans, aligning brands, the product portfolio and business objectives.
• Lead new product development and go-to-market and launch plans.
• Manage brand positioning and communications, multichannel campaigns and participation in trade shows and promotional events.
• Analyse markets, competitors, consumers and trends to support commercial decisions.
• Review pricing, gross margins and profitability with the Commercial Director and Finance, proposing corrective actions.
• Lead, recruit, train and develop the marketing team; set indicators and monitor performance.
• Manage marketing budgets and improve processes, costs and business performance.
• Identify expansion opportunities, strategic partnerships and distribution agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in marketing and sales.
• At least 10 years of demonstrable experience in marketing management, business development or commercial management.
• Extensive market analysis and strategic planning experience, with a proven record of business growth and revenue delivery.
• Understanding of market dynamics, sales strategies and business development, with proven leadership, management and strategic thinking skills.

Working conditions and selection
