A report with clear facts and limitations
The report records the scope, source, date, confirmed information, discrepancies requiring clarification and information that could not be confirmed. Available in Portuguese, English or both. An employer’s failure to respond is not evidence of false information.
Authorisation before contact
Before contacting any organisation, the team reviews the purpose, the individual’s authorisation and the report recipients. Contacting a current employer requires specific authorisation. Do not include identity documents, salaries or health information in the initial description.
Timing and quotation
Pricing depends on the number of people and employers, the history period, any additional references and the report language. Timing is agreed after reviewing the request and depends on source availability. Any necessary site visit is assessed and quoted separately.

Does the service cover the whole country?

Can you contact my current employer?
Only after specific authorisation has been reviewed. You can exclude that contact or leave it pending; the scope and report will reflect this.
Does AKIU certify criminal records or decide who is hired?
This service checks employment information. It does not include criminal, medical or credit checks, or personal surveillance. The report is neither a hiring decision nor a government certificate.
What if the employer does not respond or has closed?
We record the attempts and limitation. Documents supplied by the individual can support clarification but are not treated as direct employer confirmation. The result may be partially confirmed or unconfirmed.
How is the process protected and how are discrepancies corrected?
Collection follows the agreed purpose and recipients. Authorisations and documents use the private channel designated by the team. Discrepancies can be clarified and the report revised with a record of the change.
