AKIU, tax identification number 548000691, with its registered office at Lar do Patriota, Rua 60, house no. 550 B, Municipality of Belas, Benfica, Luanda, Angola, is responsible for processing carried out through the website, commercial requests, applications and reserved areas when acting as controller.
2. Information we receive
Information may include identity, contact and professional details, applications, preferences, consent and technical information required to operate and protect the service. Documents are accepted only through channels expressly made available for that purpose.
3. Purposes
Information is used to respond to requests, manage applications and services, meet applicable obligations, protect digital channels and communicate about the process started by the user.
4. Sharing and transfers
Access is limited to people and providers that require the information for an authorised purpose. Transfers and providers are assessed according to the requirements of the service.
5. Retention and protection
Information is retained only for the period required by the purpose or applicable law, with measures proportionate to the risk and type of data.
6. Rights and contact

7. Usage measurement
We collect counts of commercial form starts and simulator usage by day, journey and language. This measurement uses no cookies and stores no form values, salaries, names or contacts. A random per-page identifier prevents repeated counts and expires after two days, with removal at the next metric collection or report request. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences are respected. Aggregate totals are shown to administrators; commercial indicators are calculated from requests actually recorded.
8. Online support, AI and contact channels
The help guide uses AKIU’s public information and does not access private accounts or case records. Questions stay in the current page memory and are cleared when the support panel is closed or the page is reloaded. This feature does not store conversation transcripts in AKIU’s database or browser storage.
When AI is available, it is optional and requires your choice before your question is sent to OpenAI to select relevant guidance. The API is called with response storage disabled (store: false); the provider may still retain security and abuse-monitoring records under its data controls. Do not include personal, financial, health or identification data. Technical counters and pseudonymous security records limit abuse; they do not contain the question text.
WhatsApp, e-mail and Maps open external services. You review and send your message yourself; the conversation is not automatically forwarded. Messages you send to our team are processed for handling your request under this notice and the relevant provider’s terms. The assistant does not send marketing or initiate conversations.
