1. General information
Public content is institutional and informational. It does not in itself constitute legal, tax, immigration or financial advice, or a guarantee of time or outcome.
2. Requests and proposals
Submitting a form does not create a contractual relationship. Scope, responsibilities, pricing, timing and service levels become binding only when formally agreed.
3. Recruitment
Registration, applications and selection are free. CV and LinkedIn reviews, interview preparation and practice exercises are optional services purchased separately, with no hiring guarantee or selection advantage. Submitting a profile or application does not guarantee an interview, offer or employment.
4. Employer vacancy publishing
Each verified company receives three introductory free publications linked to its tax identity. This allowance does not renew monthly. Each advert consumes one publication for up to 30 days, regardless of the number of people to hire; closing a vacancy does not restore the balance. Additional publications use credits purchased through plans shown in the employer account.
Purchase requests display the price and number of credits. Credits are issued only after AKIU confirms actual payment. A pending request is not a payment and does not authorise publication. Tax and invoicing terms are confirmed in the commercial proposal.
The employer is responsible for accurate adverts, legitimate recruitment and using applicants’ information only for their applications. Candidate fees, fraudulent adverts and discriminatory criteria are prohibited. AKIU may suspend companies or remove adverts following review. Company verification does not guarantee a hire or the accuracy of every claim in an advert.
Adverts appear in the language supplied by the employer. Confidentiality hides the brand on the public page; the company’s identity is shown to an authenticated candidate before they share their profile. The employer account receives only applications directed to that company.
5. Regulated activities
Activities that require a licence or qualification are performed only when AKIU or the responsible partner holds the applicable authorisation.
6. Reserved areas and visual examples
Access to reserved areas is subject to authorisation. Any visual example used to explain the platform does not represent client data or results.
